If for any reason you do not receive your package, we will cover the cost of the reshipment.

All our products are shipped directly from our Hong Kong warehouse
We will provide a tracking number by email
It takes up to five days for your tracking information to appear on the shipping company’s website
In some countries, packages may be delayed while they clear customs

Free Shipping & Paid Fast Shipping costs to each country are calculated upon checkout according to different global shipping zones. 

Processing time:  2-4 business days

Express Shipping: 6-8 business days

Standard Shipping: 10-15 business days 

Some items may have longer processing times depending on the volume of orders.

Time-frames may increase during particularly busy periods.
